Our Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) provides a framework that enables us to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve our processes in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner. Through implementation, IMDEX plans to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and create a safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment for all workers and customers.

Continuous Safety Improvement

We continuously monitor our safety performance and initiatives relating to: safety leadership; systems and compliance; technology solutions; and training and education.

Recent safety initiatives include:

  • Enhanced safety leadership and education to ensure safety remains front of mind for all employees;
  • Global implementation of iAuditor – a digital safety management tool to drive HSE engagement;
  • Greater visibility of safety performance measures for all employees including our strengths and areas for improvement; and
  • Additional communication regarding safety campaigns.
