QHSE

At IMDEX the safety of our employees, clients and communities with whom we work is paramount
Our QHSE team partners with all stakeholders to provide trusted advice, support regional needs and uphold global standards to eliminate work-related injuries and illness. It is our vision to achieve and sustain zero harm through the systematic management of risk.
Everyone at IMDEX is a safety leader and our behaviours are critical to achieving zero harm. To work safely everyone must speak up, be accountable, demonstrate respect and engage in decision making – as individuals and members of One IMDEX.
Continuous Safety Improvement
We continuously monitor our safety performance and initiatives relating to: safety leadership; systems and compliance; technology solutions; and training and education.
Recent safety initiatives include:
- Enhanced safety leadership and education to ensure safety remains front of mind for all employees;
- Global implementation of iAuditor – a digital safety management tool to drive HSE engagement;
- Greater visibility of safety performance measures for all employees including our strengths and areas for improvement; and
- Additional communication regarding safety campaigns.

Systems to Support Best Practice
Our QHSE Management System has been developed in line with the ISO 45001, ISO 3100 and ISO 9000 series of management system standards and best practices.
These standards and audits ensure legal compliance and an overarching commitment to managing safety, health, quality and environmental matters.
